    Terms and Conditions

    1. General & Platform Role CroatiaSun.com is a listing platform that facilitates connections between property owners (hosts) and renters (guests). CroatiaSun acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any rental agreement. We do not own, manage, or inspect the properties.

    2. Agreements and Payments All rental agreements are concluded directly between the host and the renter. Payments are made directly between the parties according to their mutual agreement. CroatiaSun does not handle payments and is not responsible for missing, incorrect, or fraudulent payments.

    3. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to book or list a property via CroatiaSun.

    4. Property Inspection & Conduct

    • Inspection: The renter and host should conduct a joint inspection during check-in and check-out. Damages should be documented with photos. Compensation is settled directly between the parties.

    • Key Exchange: The host is responsible for access info (keys/codes). The guest is responsible for returning keys on time.

    • Cleaning: Guests must show respect for the property and neighbors. The property must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.

    • Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the listing without the host’s prior approval.

    5. Liability and Disputes CroatiaSun assumes no responsibility for:

    • Incorrect or outdated information in listings.

    • Canceled bookings, double bookings, or financial losses.

    • Damage to property or personal injury.

    • Misunderstandings or disputes between the parties. Disputes must be resolved directly between the guest and the host.

    6. Taxes and Regulations The host is responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and local rental regulations.

    7. Insurance It is strongly recommended that both parties ensure they have valid insurance coverage for the rental period.

    8. Intellectual Property The “CroatiaSun” brand and website design are our property. By uploading content, hosts grant us a license to display the material for marketing purposes. We reserve the right to remove any listing without prior notice.
